Dear Clusters, its already couple of days, I were permanently banned for unusual KD ratio at your Vietnam server. I would like to very politely ask you for cancel my permanent bann. Because I was just playing great round, and Im not using any cheats.

No player banned by this name, that was the reason why I asked if you may used a different soldier name.
