Punkbuster autoban: LaggyRecon

Hey, every time I try joining your CQ server on BC2 it says Im banned, as you can see here:

I've tried joining the server with 2 different PCs on 2 different accounts,
I'm even able to join your SQDM server and play there regularly, its just this server I get this error on.
Dont really know what to do tbh, pls unban me ;-;

In April 2014 you joined first time as LaggyRecon our BC2 Coqnuest server.

You were permanently banned for showing a disrespectful behavior, timestamp: [05.06.2014 16:45:02] ... we do not differentiate if you did behave badly towards admins/server or players, but these kind of bans are only applied if the chat feature was misused at a heavier level so to speak. We do not lift these kind of bans. Furthermore you did not care about it for more than 2 years anyway as it seems ...
