Players can still be AFK forever (at least 4 maps; ~ 1h) without being kicked.

I would suggest:
a) kicking players after 5 mins inactivity, even if they do not click ever on join.

b) ****** seems to be a porn-bot => ban him

Censor the playername, if this should be inappropriate.

if you have the time, could you look into "harmgsn". I am pretty sure he is wallhacking.

The issue with him is that he seems to sit in one spot (unless killed) and he still managed to instantly headshot me with a G3, no matter from which direction I came. I thought I had the wrong timing for snipers (at least I couldnt get them to work within 2min trying). imo these are abuses with or without macros, since the skill required to do so is very low compared to the advantage you would gain.
