Now, everybody has his own favourite map he likes to play on the most. A nice mixture of options is provided here at our servers. But either ways it´s always kinda interesting to learn about the maps the majority of the players like.

I like The trail Map. I love to mortor. I have a few fav spots on this map where I can rack up 50 kills.
Because the map keeps people from moving off the path. You can rain down on them with the mortor

Ich setze mal voraus jeder weiss wie man einen Buddy (Freund) im Spiel hinzufügen kann. Aber es ist ja ärgerlich wenn man alle grün eingefärbt hat und am Ende gar nicht weiss wo einer der beiden oder mehreren Freunde eigentlich gerade auf der Map sich befindet.

Es gibt eine Möglichkeit einem jeden...

Eine Überraschung bietet eine Meldung auf der EoD-Webseite. Lotte arbeitet an einer neuen Ausgabe BFV-Version von Eve of Destruction. Unterstützung hat er von Dnamround DACV deren wichtigstes Ziel ist, den Coop-Modus zu verbessern. Außerdem soll es noch einige der Karten für die 42-er Version dazu...

lol, modding ist ja ne nette sache. gibt ja auch genügend mods für bfv, aber rentieren tun sie sich doch in wirklichkeit alle zusammen nicht. es gibt wohl noch einige wenige server, auf denen mods laufen, aber da von den ohnehin wenigen bfv spielern meist nur ein winziger bruchteil die...

ich habe vor einigen Tagen Windows 7 (64bit) installiert.
Für meine Creative X-Fi Xtreme Gamer habe ich mir auch den 64bit-Treiber heruntergeladen und installiert. Alles funktioniert soweit fehlerfrei.

The original Saigon 1968 features a lot of map errors, allowing players to look and shoot through walls (glitching), as well to use vehicles breaking into certain walls the same way.

The modifications now fix the so called ceiling glitch, the box glitch and the chopper/tank glitch. I used walls...

NVA Main Base

Renamed the map to the correct naming KHE SANH, to follow the history of the battles in Vietnam.

NVA Side Changes

NVA Main Base (Bridge to Ca Lu)

Mig17 replaced by a Mig21, now NVA owns two of them.
Besides that 1x Mi8, 1x ZSU, 1x UAZ Jeep.

French Fort

- 1x PT76 tank

This map modification primarily removes all tanks, all M113 and all M110 from the default Hue 1968 map.

US Main:

spawns now 2x MUTT Jeeps, 1x Vespa

NVA Main:

spawns now 3x UAZ Jeeps, 1x Vespa

The Pagode as well the two main starting positions (main bases) feature different spawn locations...

- removal of the F4, replaced by the A1 Skyraider plane
- removal of one UH1 Assault, replaced by UH1 Transport
