DICE, along with our update partner Intel, created this new map focused on tank battles that echo those of Battlefield 1942. Exploding shells ring out across the desert as tank columns meet in furious battle amidst the swirling sands.

This is not a hot news any more at this moment in time. I just thought to add it to the forums here, since the map is cool and every BF2 gamer should upgrade his installation. You will find the map for download at the local downloads as well.
