Another hacker on Stratego :/

Hi guys,

Bumped into another hacker last night on Stratego. He was on my team, everyone was complaining about him and so I joined his squad, and he was killing unspotted enemies across map with pistol shots.

His stats are very ordinary (see below) so perhaps he only uses sometimes. Either way, not acceptable.

I appreciate (looking at his stats) it's hard to believe, but his Metabans tells another story. (Also uses EVI;XD account.)

yep pretty busy in real life recently ... sorry about the delay.

Checked the desired player and it has been taken care.

Just a side note, metabans is a good source to perhaps confirm your suspicion on a particular player in checking if he got banned on other servers already. But it is in no way a proof due to the followers option provided. Like in this current example the ban features 10 server admins, while all of them follow each other and follow the bans automatically.

I spot too often unconfirmed or silly bans so to speak, which one server admin applied to a particular player and due to having X followers in metebans also following his bans, the same player got banned on X additional servers. This is a questionable behavior.

Nevertheless, since we record individual records on all players playing on our server, I can confirm that his HS rate looks rather high to the few kills made (especially with pistol). Although BC2 and following titles report the hit zones often incorrectly ... but still it looks too high to me as well.

I know metabans isn't an accurate source, but simply looking at his cheatometer stats makes it so hard to make a judgement. Not sure what he does, but I think he must waste shots a lot to make sure his hack stats are hidden?!

Remember when I played him, he was on my side & I still knew he was hacking! Ive since played vs him on WBKS last night and he removed any doubt from my mind. 100% confirmed hacker... he didn't even deny in chat. Just called everyone else hackers and laughed.
I understand your views. I am an admin and also good at BC2 and get lots of false accusations also, but you can be assured this guy needed the ban.
