File known to be associated with use of a cheat found while playing. Most likely the 'Multihack'.
glut32.dll is not a BF:V file and has nothing to do in a BF:V game directory.

I did some further investigations and decided to lift the bans for lali and Kaiserboa based on the md5 hash reports returned.

I am still working on updating the system, plus the people @ pbbans are very helpful in this case as well. Watch out, we are already hunting a few hacks which are unrecognized by punkbuster as of now, but they are dedectable by new alternative check routines.

This is Interesting? Why do people go to great lengths to cheat?

my guess is, ´cause they are lame in the game without them, enjoying the "great times" killing other players with an advantage using cheats to look through walls, no fog while flying or aimbots ... any catched cheater brings me satisfaction and although you never know, most likely they suffer in real life as well. Others may just enjoy ruining the game play for those enjoying the realism and fair competition in a shooter game, such as Battlefield Vietnam for example.
