Banned on your servers

Hi,
just today I got permanently banned for calling some tank hogging guy a sauernazi. I just wanted to try and appeal to the admins so they'd possibly lift the ban (or at least reduce the penalty). I admit it was kind of racist on my part and all I can do is say that I'm sorry and promise to keep my mouth shut from now on.
