The first time I killed the enemy and I died, after I jumped off the helicopter and hit the restricted area, where the enemy was, and I killed him and then realized what I got banned. Is it possible to remove a ban?

If you did it for the first time you've got temp banned only, so the ban will be lifted automatically when the time is up...
