Statistics "Birthday Battles"

Thank you all for participating our Nov-14th, 2008 battles taking place at the coop station. More or less we did not require that many bots to step in since 8pm on that day and we fought many hours really nice - due to the amount of players - conquest style matches.

I believe it was a complete succeeded anniversary of our Vietnam Leaderboard, which I restarted on Nov-14th in 2007 ... since then many battles took place and the statistics allow some nice reviews after collecting data for more than a year by now.

After all the battles I received lots of comments and requests to party ... well ... every week like that.

Keep up the good spirit and I am looking forward for more funny battles with your friendly players group.

Kaiserboa spent his time to record some video material during that day. See next post which I grab out of an older topic, but I do believe it is worth while to open an own topic for this work. Thanks a lot Kaiser, I though about video screening myself but I was more interested to participate the games than to record ! I am looking forward for additional RAW video material Kaiserboa will provide to me and perhaps I will spend the time to release a second video of this special birthday party.

Have fun !

Hey iD,
there is also a higher res version available @ youtube, it looks a bit better.

Either ways u r right, it was YOU dying first in this video.

But I followed you pretty soon into the paradise ... well *caughing* ... I definately died to often during these rounds ... I now know why, I just did not do enough smoking breaks in between.
:P

lol, yeah, actually i was surprised about not having died more often on the ground maps. i did pretty well for a pilot, keeping in mind that there were ppl around who know every fkin spot on these maps, lol. i could rebuild my self-confidence on game warden tho, hehe. but i fear i made some ppl leave there, rofl.

being mainly a pilot, i got pwnd a lot of times on ground maps and didnt complain, but seems like groundpounders disconnect a lot when facing a good pilot on air maps. would have liked to see more ppl on the air maps. nonetheless it has been a lot of fun ;)

Hehehe ... maybe you've been killed not so much because some of us were a little bit drunken ... Image ... so we didn't had a real good scope ... Image

I finally found the time and put the scenes captures by Kaiserboa into a vid currently published via XFIRE only.

Check it out and see if you find your name in there ! It was a funny evening that day ... ;)
